The new video from The Dark Clouds is accompanying their new track Flak Jacket. A brilliantly put together clip utilising live and stock footage, photographs, and coloured filters the clip fits the like a hand in a glove. The visuals perfectly suit the antagonistic intensity of the song, like warfare.

Vocalist Dean Francis Mastroianni summed it up beautifully.

“I wanted to write a song about war. Not the glorification of war, rather the human component, the struggle to triumph over adversity and the natural struggle to survive! The insane juxtaposition of “all’s fair in love and war” when it  comes to human ingenuity (both good and bad). To be respectful of all participants. To acknowledge there are no winners just countless scars. To pay my respect to all those that have suffered and continue to suffer so I have the luxury of pressing the snooze button one more time before getting up to continue on with my fat privileged life.”
